Using Aspose.Slides we are converting the slide to slide images. Earlier we encountered that few of the Graph elements were not converted properly as image. Based on input from the Aspose team, we have started using the "Metafiles", which has resolved the issue with Graphs as images.
Currently, we are working on the
Aspose.Metafiles, we found an issue using Aspose.Metafiles for Java. The chart is getting converted as thumbnail properly, but it is observed that the text is not visible
on the thumbnail.
For your information we are attaching snapshot of slides viewed in our application.
Your help will be greatly appreciated as we need to have this fixed ASAP.

After installing universal unicode fonts in the local machine I don’t see any difference in the image. Still the image text are not visible. I am using latest Aspose Metafiles in our application.
Steps followed to install universal unicode fonts.
In Microsoft Windows 2000
Quit all programs.
In Control Panel, double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
Do one of the following:
§ If you installed your Microsoft Office program as part of an Office package, click Microsoft Office in the Currently installed programs box, and then click Change.
§ If you installed your Office program individually, click the name of your program in the Currently installed programs box, and then click Change.
In the Microsoft Office 2003 Setup dialog box, click Add or Remove Features, and then click Next.
Select Choose advance customization of applications, and then click Next.
Next to Office Shared Features, click the plus sign (+).
Next to International Support, click the plus sign (+).
Click the icon next to Universal Font, and then select the installation option you want.
