Exception thrown when attempting to read an old excel file. Do you support older versions of Excel. If not, are there plans to support it in the near future? if not, can you recommend and alternate way of doing it? I need to convert the old Excel 2.1 into CSV format.

I cannot open the file and save it as an earlier version. That will not be an option nor using any Interop / COM.

Thanks for your posting and using Aspose.Cells.

We are afraid, we do not support older versions than 97 and also do not have any plans to support them in near future. Nor do we know any alternative API software that you can use to fulfill your requirements. We are sorry for inconvenience.
