Aspose.Pdf.Kit is a tool, which is used to edit any existing Pdf files. Using this tool you can set privileges on any existing Pdf file. For more information please visit Set Privileges on PDF Document.
FYI: We have another tool named Aspose.Pdf which is used to generate the Pdf file from scratch. You can also allow and Disallow privileges over Pdf file, when the pdf file is being generated. For related information please visit Allow or Disallow Privileges on PDF Document
