Trouble copying headers

Hello, I am trying to copy the Header from one document into another document as described in the following forum: https://forum.aspose.com/t/104388

It compiles, runs, and generates a docx document.

When I try to open new docx file, MS Word gives the error:
The file […] cannot be opened because there are problems with the contents.

Details:
Undeclared prefix.
Location: Part: /word/header1.xml, Line: 1, Column: 3184

How can I debug this?
