Trouble opening a ticket

Our company paid for the Aspose Total license (Site Small Business up to 10 developers)
But when I tried to open a ticket to ask questions… It didn’t let me.

There are free and paid support models. Everyone can create an account with an email ID and post queries in the open support forums (free support). In order to open a ticket in the paid support forum, you need to try with the username and password of the paid account. If this does not help, then kindly share your registered email ID. We will investigate this matter.

Furthermore, you can share details of the problematic scenario here in this forum thread. If we managed to replicate the problem in our environment, then we will log this issue in our issue tracking system and also share a ticket ID with you. Later, you can escalate the priority of this ticket with the paid support account. We recommend our clients to only post their critical issues in the paid support forum. Your response is awaited.
