Unable to edit/save some text to Pdf with comments

Our company uses Aspose Pdf v10 almost a year now. From previous months since we started using the tool, we encounter some issue but we found right away some fixes based on the forum. Recently, we encounter new error particularly when we tried save some inputs like text on the existing pdf (pdfDocument.Save(pdfFilePath)) and unfortunately we cannot determine what really the exact error because it just hang like forever. The pdf that we’re trying to edit comes from our client. I tried to investigate the pdf contents and found some comments inside it. Even any manipulation of the pdf won’t really save the changes. I have attached the pdf and some screenshot for your reference.


We really need to fix this issue very soon. Quick response from your team is very much appreciated.

Thanks for your inquiry. I have tested your scenario with shared document using Aspose.Pdf for .NET 10.7.0 and managed to observe the reported issue. For further investigation, I have logged an issue in our issue tracking system as PDFNEWNET-39561 and also linked your request to it. Thank you for your response. I hope this can be solved asap. We have a lot of pdf documents with this type and needs to be processed asap.
Btw, we’re using version 10.0.0.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as PDFNEWNET-39561) have been fixed in Aspose.Pdf for .NET 11.8.0.
