Unable to get the proper date formats in the mail

Hi please find the attached Image, I am unable to get the correct date format while sending the mail through aspose email. I want to display the date and time in 12 hours / 24 hours format, but i am getting +0000 everytime. Please help me out get the correct date format for IST.

And while saving the mail into text format, alignment of the fields are not in a proper manner.

We are unable to reproduce the issue of date and time as +0000.
It is requested to please provide your sample code for further investigation.
