Unable to load font

Good day,
I am contacting you with a problem loading a custom font. The font is installed on the station, but aspose does not load it.
This problem only happens on Microsoft Windows Server 19. On local station Win 10 is all right.
Do you know what it could be?

I tried loading the font from several places with the same result.

@benestom Doe the problem occurs with all fonts? If the problem occurs with some specific font only, please attach this font here for testing. We will check the scenario and provide you more information.
Also for testing you can try implementing StreamFontSource. This will allow you to check whether font is accessible.
