Unable to load the attached file having charts in the Aspose cells editor 25.11

We need a reproducible sample to investigate the load failure.

Please provide the following details:

  1. Exact Aspose.Cells version you are using (e.g., 25.11.0 for .NET/Java).
  2. Platform/runtime (OS, .NET Framework/.NET Core version, Java JDK version, etc.).
  3. File type inside the ZIP (e.g., .xlsx, .xlsm) and the exact steps you take in the online Cells Editor to open it.
  4. Any error message or stack trace shown in the browser console/network tab when the load fails.
  5. A minimal ZIP that reproduces the issue (if the current one is large, a trimmed version containing only the problematic chart is sufficient).

With that information we can reproduce the problem and log it internally. In the meantime, try opening the same file with the latest Aspose.Cells release (if you are not already on it) to see whether the issue persists.

Thanks for providing us template Excel file and screenshots.

I tested your scenario/case and I reproduce the issue as you mentioned (via screenshot) by using your template XLS file. I could not load your XLS file (having charts) into the Aspose.Cells.GridJs 25.11 editor app.
