Perhaps it would be better to throw an exception if a workbook loaded with the KeepUnparsedData
is saved?

We are afraid that throwing exception is not a general solution for all users. The problems we have described are not always reproduced for all kind of files. In fact, it is just some possible problems for some template files. For most users and simple files, the re-saved file may be ok. And maybe there are some users who do not mind the warnings or corrupted contents in the resaved files. So we cannot give exception always for all users.
