Unexpected 'ul' tag when converting inserted lists from Word to ePub

Hi guys,
we experiencing a problem when using Aspose.Words for converting Word docx to ePub. Epub-check 3.0.1 is complaining about unexpected tags in resulted HTML.

We think it’s could be related to nested lists or to any kind of their hierarchy.

I have verified the status of your issue (WORDSNET-9229) from our issue tracking system and like to share with you that your issue is currently under ‘In Review’ phase. Hopefully, the fix of this issue will be available in December 2013 release. Please note that this estimate is not final at the moment; I will be sure to inform you via this forum thread as soon as your issue is resolved.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-9229) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.
