Reproduced on latest Aspose.Slides library.
In specified document there is shape with text “Fuji wave* – Scope Overview” it has transparent background (e.g. FillType.NoFill), but if convert it to PDF (new Presentation(input).Save(output, SaveFormat.Pdf)) then background became white.

I have worked with the presentation file using Aspose.Slides for .NET 16.9.0 and have been able to reproduce the issue. A ticket with ID SLIDESNET-38017 has been created in our issue tracking system to investigate and resolve the issue.
