Unknown markup level error message (PDF conversion 14.11)

Hi I get the error message "Unknown markup level" with two small documents converted to PDF with version 14.11. I have appended the files in question.

have tested the scenario and have managed to reproduce the same issue at
my side. For the sake of correction, I have logged this problem in our
issue tracking system as WORDSNET-11183. I have linked this forum thread

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-11183) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.

I have the same problem “Unknown markup level”, and I cannot access this .NET update link Download Word® Document Processing C# Library | Aspose.Words

It show “The specified CGI application encountered an error and the server terminated the process.” in page.
