It seems that you are running some other code and getting a strange result which we are unable to reproduce on our end. Can you please create and share with us a test project that we can run to observe this high memory usage issue on our end.
Also, can you please check this code on your system with 19.10 and 20.11 versions as well and share your findings?
The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-20577) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 23.7 update also available on NuGet.
