Updating Content Control's text

Is there anyway to update the text of a content control if it is mapped against a CustomXMLPart. Currently there is a 3rd party that is changing the text of an element in a CustomXMLPart. However the Content Control’s text is not updated unless the file is opened in MS Word. Is there anyway to force an update of the Content Control?

Thanks for your inquiry. Unfortunately, Aspose.Words does not support the requested feature at the moment. We will provide
an API to bind SDT to CustomXML properties in one of the future
versions of Aspose.Words. We have already logged this feature request as WORDSNET-4738 in our issue tracking system. You will be notified via this forum thread once this feature is available.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-4738) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 17.5 update and this Aspose.Words for Java 17.5 update.
