Upgrade to Aspose.Cells 5.1.2 to use the latest Aspose.Slides?

Hello,

I was experimenting today with the new Charting tools in Aspose.Slides 4.4.2. It was going along fine, but then I tried to use

Aspose.Slides.Pptx.Charts.ChartDataEx.Workbook

Before I could compile, it appeared to trigger a dependency on Aspose.Cells 5.1.2. (I had been using 4.8.1.3, and even tried to upgrade Cells 5.2.0, but it seemed determined to use 5.1.2)

Of course, I ended up using Cells 5.1.2 and now Slides seems happy.

Is there any way to change the dependency? What if I wanted to use an older (or the latest) version of Slides?

Hello Michael,

At the moment you have to use Aspose.Cells 5.1.2 only. In the next version of Aspose.Slides we will call Aspose.Cells through reflection so there won’t be any version dependency.
