Urgent help needed! Aspose.Excel does not work on deployment server!

Hi,

Could you please help me? I have purchased the enterprise version of Aspose.Excel and it works fine on my development machine, but when deployed to the customers production server it generates the following error:

Invalid Pointer.

Please help me.

The server its running on is a windows 2003 server. .NET version 1.1.

Which version of Aspose.Excel are you using? Has your server installed all windows patches? What’s the detail information of your error?

Thanks for your quick response, your tip was exactly correct.

When i installed .NET Framework 1.1 SP1, everything worked like a charm.
