User Cells not read

Hello!
I start example “ReadUserdefinedCellsOfShape”, but function getUsers() returns empty result. The user cells are defined for the shape in the visio document.
What could be the problem?

P.s. The function of adding new user cell works fine.

Could you kindly share your sample VSDX file along with complete code snippet that you are using. We will test the scenario in our environment and address it accordingly.
