Using 'Aspose.Pdf for Reporting Services'

Hello,

We are planning to implement 'Aspose.Pdf for Reporting Services', but before finalizing we need to check whether it will meet our requirements, please find below few queries and reply ASAP –

Q1. How to start with this product, as I already have 300 reports(.rdl’s) ready, with many parameters, I need to know complete step by step procedure.
Q2. When we see the report using RS it looks ok, the Page width, height and number of records on one page everything looks fine but on printing it prints differently.
Q3. Is there any option with your product which will make the report settings convert to Legal and Landscape as we have lots of columns and millions of records in the reports.

For Ex – On the RS if the report is showing 20 records on one page and is having proper width and height when printing it becomes 12 records and always the print will be in Portrait, so basically the entire report prints wrong.

If using your product I will be able to convert my report to Pdf and get the result properly, I would like to use your trial version and would like to check them first.

Please consider this query as a very URGENT need and revert back at the earliest.

Hi Sanil,

Thank you for considering Aspose.

Q1: It is quite easy. Just install the product (refer to [http://www.aspose.com/Products/Aspose.Pdf.Reporting.Services/API/Install-with-MSI-Installer.html ](http://www.aspose.com/Products/Aspose.Pdf.Reporting.Services/API/Install-with-MSI-Installer.html) and [http://www.aspose.com/Products/Aspose.Pdf.Reporting.Services/API/Install-Manually.html ](http://www.aspose.com/Products/Aspose.Pdf.Reporting.Services/API/Install-Manually.html)) then you can find the “PDF via Aspose.PDF” in the list of export formats.

Q2: When you use Aspose.Pdf for Reporting Services to render your report to PDF, We can make sure the Pdf be printed the same as it look like. But the PDF might look different with the original report because of page settings.

Q3: Currently we don’t support such settings but we are working to support it. How urgent are you?
