Value of a cell errors out when its dependent cell is set to +0

Output cells : Out_FltCRPRtBasis & Int1Flt_RBCnvFct errors in #Value! when its dependent cell Int1Flt_QRB is set to “+0”. But when it is set “0”, we dont face any errors. Both the scenarios works fine in Actuate API generated files. Please help us with the same.

Attached the required files & test class for your reference.
