A parameter is set for one tablix to be visibile. There are 3 tablixes in the rdl. All 3 print out in excel data only. PDF format has only one tablix. Issue with the tab delimited format and CSV also printing 3 tablixes when parameter is set to one.
We use formats from aspose: excel data only, tab delimited and csv.
Please look into this issue.

We have found the issues and fixed them.
Please download and try the fixed version: Aspose.Cells for Reporting Services V1.9.0.5 (SSRS2008R2).
Please copy Aspose.Cells.ReportingServices.dll into following folder :
${SQL Server 2008 R2 Reporting Services}\Reporting Services\ReportServer\bin.
