The issues you found earlier (filed as SLIDESJAVA-39384) have been fixed in Aspose.Slides for Java 24.2 (JAR).

I was unable to reproduce the problem described in this forum thread but I get another problem when double click on the preview image - PowerPoint shows the message: “The server application, source file, or item can’t be found, or returned an unknown error. You may need to reinstall the server application.”
Do you have the same problem or the problem described in this forum thread before?

Our developers have also been unable to reproduce the problem. They used different versions of Prism. When opening a presentation, the Prism application opens, but PowerPoint also displays a warning about a problem connecting to the Prism application. But it still opens the OLE object. The image does not change in size and is not replaced by an icon after closing the Prism application. At the same time, in your presentation, we observe the image being replaced by an icon.
