VS-2010 - Cannot add Aspose.barcode to toolbox

Chaps,

I get the following problem when I try and add Aspose.Barcode to my VS2010 toolbox. This is a winforms project, and I am already set to full .NET 4 profile.

I have attached the error message I am receiving.
