You use version:
SQL Server Reporting Services 15.0.900.163
On the workstation the version is used:
SQL Server Reporting Services 14.0.1016.285
In 18.10 and 18.11 we support only 14.* version.
Ah… I guess that explains it. We can consider this resolved.
