Watermark although valid licence

Hello,
We are using Aspose.words. After this worked quite good for a while, we now always have a watermark (evaluation only). For investigation we have requested a temporary license, which now works quite good again. As we now found out, the license is unlimited from a time perspective, so we wonder, why this problem with the “evaluation only” occurs. May you please advise? As the temporary license is going to end by end of this week, we appreciate a fast response.
Best regards

Hi Patrik,

Thanks for your inquiry. Please make sure that you are using the license correctly. The license can be loaded from a file, stream or an embedded resource. Aspose.Words will try to find the license in the following locations:

Explicit path.
The folder that contains the Aspose.Words.dll.
The folder that contains the assembly that called Aspose.Words.dll.
The folder that contains the entry assembly (your .exe).
An embedded resource in the assembly that is called Aspose.Words.dll.

You can also set the license file by stream object. Please check details from following documentation links.
https://docs.aspose.com/words/net/licensing/

Please check the expiration date of your license file. To check an expiration date of your license open the license file using notepad. You will see the following tags:

20120218

It means that you can free upgrade to version of Aspose.Words published before 02/18/2012. If your license is not expired, please post your query in Aspose.Purchase forum.

Hello,
I verified which assembly we use for the license and it would be nice if you could tell me, if it is the correct Aspose.Words.dll version.
