What is the best way to add a watermark into a .xlsm file ? I tried to use this method :

I have another question, is it possible to convert a worksheet of a workbook into Word format ?

Thanks for your question.
The watermark is only supported in xls format.
It means, if you want to insert watermark in your output file, then save your output file in xls format.
You cannot convert Excel files into Word files using Aspose.Cells for .NET.
However, you should post your question in Aspose.Words forum and ask them if they support this feature of converting Excel file into Doc file.
I think, such a feature is available there.
