We are facing format issue after converting word document to pdf. we are using aspose.word.dll 22.8 v but still issue not resolved. please suggest how to get into call and check and resolve this issue.
@Jegadeeswari_S Unfortunately, we do not provide support via phone or video calls. The main place for getting support is this forum.
Regarding the issue WORDSNET-23878 you have reported in this thread. It is already resolved and the fix will be included into the next 23.7 version of Aspose.Words. We will be sure to let you know once it is released.

Thanks for the response. But you mentioned in the below forum that issue was already fixed in the 22.7 and suggest us to use dll. But now again we need to wait till next 23.7 version of Aspose.Words ?

@Jegadeeswari_S Excuse me, it was my mistake. The issue is already resolved in 22.7 version, which is already available for download.

Thanks for the confirmation. But still we are not able to see the right format after using the 22.8 version. So that we get into paid subscription to talk you directly and resolve this issue ASAP. Please suggest how can we resolve this so that I will share the dlls & steps we are executing so far.

@Jegadeeswari_S Do you encounter the problem with the same document you have posted in your another thread? I have rechecked on my side and it is rendered properly using the latest version of Aspose.Words.
