Ok, it takes about 6.5 seconds on my machine :-)

The problem was entirely on my end - even though I had upgraded to the latest dll's in my main Aspose.cells directory, the project was set to copy the reference locally, so it was still using 4.7.0.0. I created a new project using your example, and it ran fine. Once I figured out what the problem was I removed the aspose.cells reference from my existing project and added it back and it also runs in under 7 seconds.
