What are the requirements of a paid support?


We (Oodrive) have paid an Aspose cells license; wouldn’t that also imply a paid support access?
When trying t get it, a dialogue box displays “Sorry, only Paid Support customers can create tickets”!

Well, it may depend on the subscription option(s) you select while purchasing the component. I guess you have to purchase the paid support service also.
