What Forum To Use for Aspose.License

Can someone tell me what forum I should use for help with Aspose.License? I'm getting a "Invalid character in a Base-64 string" exception when trying to instantiate the license:

objLicense = new Licensing("w5YKJ+JaCifyTsrGN29vbw8TFycjIycfAA==", sLicenseFile);

Sorry, there is no forum to use for Aspose.License because we don't offer any kind of support for this product. It was a free product without any technical support.
