When 2 parties reply to each other can we track both communication inside our application or database.



Example:
- Vendor (Vendor1@gmail.com) send reply for the emails.
- Customer (customer1@gmail) received the email and he can reply back to Vendor (Vendor1@gmail.com)

Can our application keep track of these communications, if they reply to messages directly from there email box like outlook or hotmail.

We want our application to be capable of knowing all the communication.

Thank you for contacting Aspose Support team.

Such a feature is possible/available with Exchange server accounts using conversation items but there is no such possibility to achieve the same using the IMAP/POP3 protocols used for accessing GMail accounts. These protocols are based on pretty simple rules and can’t support such tracking capability. Please let us know if we can be of any additional help to you in this regard.
