We have a .vsdx file with links, and when we use Aspose.Diagram to save as .pdf with encryption (to use PdfPermissions) the links in the .pdf are not working.
(If we do not use encryption the links are working)
Aspose.Diagram version: 21.9.0
Input document, output documents (with and without encryption), screenshots of output documents (showing the correct link and the broken link in tooltips), and the simple C# code used to generate outptut documents are in the attached files.zip

We were able to notice the similar issue in our environment. Therefore, have logged it as DIAGRAMNET-52330 in our issue management system for the sake of correction. We will further look into its details and keep you posted with its rectification status. Please be patient and spare us some time.
