Where can i get 32 bit version for total

@asad.ali
Thanks. Waiting for your good news.

@asad.ali
Is there any news for 32-bit? Thanks.

@kngstr

We would like to share with you that we have decided to provide 32-bit version of C++ APIs. However, it requires some time to prepare them for 32-bit architecture and we are currently working over it. We will surely provide you an update as soon as respective work is completed. Please spare us little time.

@asad.ali
Thanks. Very good.

@asad.ali

I tried Aspose.PDF_for_C++_19.1 on xp.
But I get “Can not locate K32GetProcessMemoryInfo in kernel32.dll”.
Any help?

Look at this rank, XP is still alive

@kngstr

Could you kindly share the code snippet that you tried and screenshot showing the message that you received.

@asad.ali

OS: Microsoft Windows XP [5.1.2600]
VS: Visual Studio 2017

I tested example, and just change to Visual Studio 2017 - Windows XP (v141_xp).

@kngstr

Aspose.PDF for C++ does not offer any limitation to the OS. A 64-bit version of Windows XP should allow the API to run without any error. Would you confirm if you are trying a 64-bit version of the operating system.

@asad.ali

I’m trying to run my app under 32-bit version of Windows XP.
Aspose.PDF_for_C++_19.1 is support 32-bit.

Look at this :https://docs.microsoft.com/zh-cn/windows/win32/api/psapi/nf-psapi-getprocessmemoryinfo#remarks

K32GetProcessMemoryInfo is not available under WinXP.

@kngstr

We are checking this and will share our feedback with you shortly.

@asad.ali

Hi,
Any news?
Thanks

@kngstr

We will appreciate for additional info:

  • When does error appear? right at app start or later during execution?
  • Do you use Process Class and its functions get_WorkingSet64(), get_PrivateMemorySize64() in your app?

Yes, just right at app start.
What i tested is your example. And i didn’t find those funtions.
Thanks

@kngstr

Thanks for sharing this detail. We will get back to you soon with our feedback.

@asad.ali

Hi,
Any news?
Thanks

@kngstr

Thanks for your patience.

We have investigated the scenario and as per our findings, modern platforms and build tools were not part of older version of Aspose.PDF for C++. However, we are currently in process to launch new version of the API for 32-bit environment. Would you please confirm if you need to run Aspose.PDF for C++ on Windows XP?

@asad.ali
Thanks for your anwser.
Yes. I’m sure.
We still have more than 10% customers who are using WinXP.
It’s a good news for me. Thanks again.

@kngstr

Thanks for the feedback.

We will surely consider your concerns and will let you know in case of further updates in this regard.

@asad.ali

Three weeks past. I’m wondering how it going.
My delphi version is almost done.

And I saw these two libraries are ready for x86.
Aspose.Cells_for_C++_19.11.0.zip
Aspose.PDF.Cpp.19.11.zip

How about Slides and Words? Thanks.

@kngstr

Yes, The latest version of Aspose.PDF for C++ 19.11 supports 32-bit Windows but Windows XP is not supported because of usage third-party libraries (e.g. ICU) which do not support OS XP.

We will let you know about these APIs after collecting related information soon.
