Why the 'Year' is always 2000?

I download the try version "Aspose.Tasks" and try to create a sample MPP file.

I don't know why the "Year" of the (Project's StartDate, Task's Start or any DateTime value ) is 2000.

I assign "2007/10/10" to Project's StartDate, but the Year of Project's StartDate is still 2000 ....

Is it a bug ? or try version's feature ?
