Word 2016 FileCorruptedException

Hi,

When we try to open a Word 2016 document with the line:

Document doc = new Document(documentPath);

We get this error:

com.aspose.words.FileCorruptedException: The document appears to be corrupted and cannot be loaded.

If the word document is saved with 97-2003 format it works fine.

Have you tried the latest version of Aspose.Words for .NET i.e 18.2?

In case the problem still remains, please ZIP and upload your input Word document you are getting this problem with here for testing. We will investigate the issue on our end and provide you more information.

Hi, we are using the latest version of Aspose Total for Java.

Please upgrade to the latest version of Aspose.Words for Java i.e. 18.2. Hope, this helps.
