Word automation convert to Aspose

Hello,
I would like to “convert” the word generating system of an application which is based on Word automation to Aspose Word component.
Is the Aspose Word library “compatible” with the Word automation code ? Or do I have to completly rewrite existing code ?

Thanks for your inquiry. I am afraid you have to completely rewrite your code to use Aspose.Words. If you need an assistance in translating code, I will be glad to help you. But I do not think, you should translate code line to line because Word Automation API and Aspose.Words API are quite different and it will be difficult to translate line by line.
