Word ConCatanate (JOIN) several word docs into one final document

Hi
I would like the best way to create one final word document that is
a concatenation of several other documents.

I am aware of 2 methods.

  1. Use the DocumentBuilder
  2. Just create a new blank word doc and add the other docs.

Which is the best approach?
