Word converts to PDF but not formatted correctly

Word converts to PDF but PDF is not formatted correctly. See source and converted PDF in the files attached. It’s creating an extra page.
And as always, when I saved to PDF in Word 2007 directly, the PDF formatting is correct.
This is a production system.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-4000) have been fixed in this .NET update and in this Java update.
