Word for SSRS - Header/Footer not working correctly

I have downloaded the trial version of Aspose words for SSRS version 18.9 and installed it on my local PC. The following results are from Visual Studios 2017

I am trying to change text displayed in the header / footer based upon the page number but it is display the same text on all values

I have exported to both doc and docx and the issues is the same. I have upload a rdl ( which can be run without a datasource) that reproduces the error, plus example output in doc, docx and pdf
