Word to Png takes for ever to convert

Hi,



When I try to convert word to png, its taking forever. The execution is stuck for document.getPageCount(); completion thought the document has one page. PFA for reference.

Suggestion: It would be great if you can implement a time out in the API to avoid such issues.

I have tested the scenario and have managed to reproduce the same issue at my side. For the sake of correction, I have logged this problem in our issue tracking system as WORDSNET-11574. I have linked this forum thread to the same issue and you will be notified via this forum thread once this issue is resolved.

I have logged a feature request as WORDSNET-11575 to terminate the Document.Save method after specific time.
