Word to tiff

The conversion from Word to Tiff for Arabic document is not accurate but if I convert the same Arabic document to PDF or XPS foramt it’s accurate .


Is there any solution for that?

Thanks for your inquiry. Please attach your input Word document and output Tiff file showing the undesired behavior here for testing. I will investigate the issue on my side and provide you more information.

While using the latest version of Aspose.Words i.e. 13.10.0, I managed to reproduce this issue on my side. I can see some characters are being converted to circles in TIFF. I have logged this issue in our bug tracking system. The ID of this issue is WORDSNET-9249. Your request has also been linked to this issue and you will be notified as soon as it is resolved. The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-9249) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 16.10.0 update and this Aspose.Words for Java 16.10.0 update.
