@khun_panya,

Thanks for the template file and screenshot.

Please notice, after an initial test, I am able to reproduce the issue as you mentioned by converting your template file to PDF. I found when saving Excel file to PDF, it does not use glyph substitution correctly. I have logged a ticket with an id “CELLSNET-50644” for your issue. We will look into it soon.

Once we have an update on it, we will let you know.

Any schedule for this?

@khun_panya,

We are sorry but your issue is not resolved yet. We will check if we could re-schedule it and give you latest updates/ETA on it.

To update you on your issue, the glyph substitution is defined in ‘gsub’ font table. The feature is not supported currently. There is no plan for it in the near future because of other priority tasks (on hand).

Once we plan it, we will update you.

Can purchasing a paid support prioritizes the process?

@khun_panya,

From current evaluation we conducted so far, this issue needs lots of work to be done. I am afraid, in this situation, prioritizing the issue would not be much helpful.

We are sorry for any inconvenienced caused!
