worksheet.Cells.ImportDataTable limitation on the Number of Rows

Is it possible to use the ImportDataTable functionality to populate a worksheet with 100,000 rows and what is the row limit. Currently I have a trial version and the limit seems to be 50,000 datarows.

There is no limit put forth for Cells.ImportDataTable(), actually it depends on your resources (RAM) for performance and Excel file format that you are using. For example, if you are using XLS (Excel 97-2003) file format, you cannot add more than 655336 rows in a single worksheet, this is the limitation of MS Excel 97-2003 for the XLS file format. However if you are using XLSX (Excel 2007/2010) file format, you may import even millions of rows in a single worksheet.

Let me know if you still have any issue.

Thank you.
