Worksheets.AddCopy doesn't copy complete formula

I’ve used Worksheets.AddCopy to make a copy of a worksheet in a workbook. The worksheet contains this formula:

=IF(ISERR(1-($K15/$CC15)),1,1-($K15/$CC15))

The copied worksheet contains only part of the formula:

=IF(1-($K15/$CC15),1,1-($K15/$CC15))

How can I get the correct formula into the worksheet copy?
