Hi, Aspose. I’m using Aspose Slides 19.4 for .Net and i’m trying to get thumbnails of some shapes. But shadows appears in thumbnails meanwhile source shapes doesn’t contains shadows. Sample project you can find here
I have worked with the presentation file shared and have been able to observe the issue specified. An issue with ID SLIDESNET-41106 has been created in our issue tracking system to investigate and resolve the issue. This thread has been linked with the issue so that you may be notified once the issue will be fixed.
