XLS to PDF conversion Problem

Hi,
with recent release (4.9.1.6) generic layout is definitely better but in sometime the font is to small now and printing the PDF is really hard to read it.

Please find attached:

SmallFonts.xls
SmallFonts_4802.pdf (produced with version 4.8.0.2)
SmallFonts_4916.pdf (produced with latest version)

Please take a look also to size of PDF, is really bigger now …

could you help me ?

my customers are planning massive reporting operations at the end of this month , so they should take some workaround without a patch …
