XLSX to PDF conversion results are not openable in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC when culture is set to Norwegian

Dear Aspose team,

We and our customers are experiencing problems opening converted files in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC when culture is set to Norwegian (“nb-NO”). We are converting XLSX files to PDF. Setting the culture to e.g. “en-US” makes the files compatible, but obviously breaks our desired formatting.

The problem does apparently not occur in other PDF readers, such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Foxit.

How to reproduce

Please see the minimalistic example .NET 5 solution attached, and read the short README.txt for instructions on how to reproduce.

System information: Occurs on both Linux (with a comprehensive set of fonts installed) and Windows 10 (which I used while making the attached solution).
Aspose.Cells: Version 21.10.0 (updated today, also occurs in 21.9.0)

Thanks in advance!

Best regards,WorkbookToPdfConverter.zip (6.0 MB)
