Sorry for long delay. I’m inspecting issue #1469 now. And I figured out a simple workaround for your case. You can avoid column width changeability by removing “allow auto fit to content” property in the dialog: Table Properties -> Table -> Options. By default it is enabled. When I disabled the option all columns in tables in PDF became the same as in the source document. I experimented with the latest versions of Aspose.Words and Aspose.Pdf.
Please let me know whether this issue is relevant for you and the workaround fits your needs or not. If you can not change the documents or templates manually then we can help with a programmatic solution.
The layouting problem shows up because of the nested table. We’ll investigate how this can be improved in general case and provide more information.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-1043) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 22.8 update also available on NuGet.
