xpsPrintHelper printer name is invalid

I am using the xpsPrintHelper to directly print documents from ASP.NET. The function works fine on our developement site but will not work when we try it on the client site. We get the message “The Printer Name is Invalid”. Yes I know it seems likely that we have got the wrong printer name but I have checked very carefully. Is there any other reason why it might not work?

Hi James,

Thanks for your inquiry.

Can you please share details about your client's environment (OS version, .Net Framework details, IIS version, hosted or dedicated site, Aspose.Words version etc) and possibly source code causing issue with us. It will surely help us find the cause of the issue in a better way.

I have already tried reproducing any scenario in which the xpsPrintHelper gives "The Printer Name is Invalid" message when the printer name is correct but was not able to do so so far. Please share the information so that we can look into further details.
