Your support emails don't seem to work!

I tried the following email addresses and my messages bounced:

I am getting an exception when I try to open some excel files. Most work, but a few give me this:

What is going on? Is this a known issue? What can be done to resolve this?



In order for the email account to be valid you need to remove the “nospam” portion of the email address.

Noticed the Red Bold Type on the contact page for more information:

Once you remove the nospam, you should have no issues reaching support.
